Nelly Buleje is an American born Chef that was raised in a deeply rooted Central and South American influenced family. He focused his career on developing a culturally diverse food background while staying focused on classical-fundamental cooking.

As a featured culinary talent at the Lake Geneva Wine Festival, Flavors of Milwaukee, the Vince Lombardi Fund Raiser and former head of food production for ESPN'’s Snow Cross Final, Chef Nelly Buleje excels in the execution of high-end kitchen operation.

Recently Chef Buleje was positioned as the Chef de Cuisine for the Milwaukee ChopHouse, Chef Buleje brings nearly ten years of culinary experience to the position.

Previously, Chef Buleje’ was the Chef de Cuisine for the Geneva ChopHouse at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, WI. Under Chef Buleje the Geneva ChopHouse was voted as the number one restaurant in 12 categories as well as the top restaurant in Lake Geneva as decided by The Best of Lake Geneva publications. “Nelly is an incredibly talented Chef who has a true passion for not only food but hospitality.
