After working on both the east and west coast in Hilton Head SC and Southern California as well as our Nations Capital, Chef Fedorko has come to appreciate the great steaks of the Midwest and the great fish and shellfish from the coastal United States.
Fedorko was an integral part of the 2008 menu redesign for the Marcus Chophouse Brand. He worked with each of the Chefs to extract their talents and knowledge to create an outstanding core menu as well as regional and local influences to highlight the talents of each ChopHouse Chef.
His food is cutting edge, the wine is sexy and boutique, and the martinis are delicious.
