Combine and Puree:
¼ c. almonds
2 cloves of garlic
¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
dash of sherri vingar
1 c. red peppers
¼ c. tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
(serve at room temperature)
Sautee 8 oz. Salmon steak with olive oil until tender, 5-10minutes
Garnish plate with Fresh Arugula and watercress with a little lemon oil, place Salmon on top, then drizzle with Romesco Sauce.
